This dynamic yoga practice of "Continuous Transformation" is intuitively guided. And therefore, it is flexible because it adapts to every level.
The choreographies are complete with every type of movement.
In fact, “nava” also means nine and therefore 9 categories of movement are experimented in each choreography. The macro categories include: stretch, strength, recovery, neutral.
It is a safe practice because each unit of movement is marked by rhythm thanks to an instrument called Nattuvangam. This makes the instructions very clear both of on breathing level and on the awareness regarding the steps that establish the base, gravity, orientation, anatomical focus, energy, and finally the achievement of the pose also called Karana.
The practice involves a warm-up, one or more main sequences and a closure.
The sound base of an ancient Indian 4-string instrument accompanies each class, this instrument is called Tampura and is tuned to the frequency of 432hrz which is in itself healing because it penetrates deeply into the body's fluids.
In addition, there will be a final sound meditation and body scan.
